Adult Soccer Training

Saturday Dates:

80 minute sessions:
45 minutes of Training
35 minutes of Scrimmage

Level: Beginner and intermediate

Times: 8:30-9:50am For Saturday, Sunday 
7:45pm-9:05pm for Wednesday

Men and Women over age 18.

Cost:
1 Day per week:
$130 (includes T-Shirt)

2 Days per week:
$195 (includes T-Shirt)

3 Days per week:
$230 (includes T-Shirt)

 Wheatley School 2300 Dumaine – Saturday, Sunday
3933 Jumonville – Wednesday 

Concepts:
Technical and tactical training to develop better adult players who understand the game while improving basic soccer skills.  Each day will focus on a certain skill or concept, and we will then implement that training into scrimmage at the end of training.

Coach: Justin & Jessie

Jessie has a wide range of coaching experience, coaching players from age 13 to 50. Jessie played D3 Soccer as Milsaps College. She enjoys coaching adults and leverages their ability to learn on different levels simultaneously. Her sessions are fun, energetic, and focused of making participants smarter players who also improve technically and tactically. Jessie was a collegiate soccer and former HS coach in the area.

Justin has a U.S. Soccer National D License and a National Youth License, he has extensive coaching experience spanning decades, covering players from age 3 up through 68.  He helped found & run a Coed Adult League in Arlington, ran the Arlington youth club for over seven years and ran the Rec, futsal and adult programs at DC Soccer Club for over five years. He spends a third of year in New Orleans, where he jumps in with the CCS Staff to help further new player development along with coaching at the Willow School.
